How Pricing Works
Phoenix-area homes range from 14 to 28 grains per gallon hardness depending on the city. Tucson runs softer (14-18 GPG) due to aquifer recharge. Goodyear, Buckeye, and Avondale push the upper end. The right Aquafeel configuration for your home depends on your specific hardness, household size, fixture count, and existing plumbing — which is why we start with the free in-home test rather than a generic web price.
During the test, your specialist measures hardness, total dissolved solids (TDS), chlorine or chloramine, and any contaminants present. From those numbers, we recommend a system size that is appropriately matched to your home. We never recommend a larger system than your water actually requires.
What's Included in Every Aquafeel Install
- Aquafeel dual-tank system (NSF/ANSI 44, 42, and 61/372 certified, Made in USA)
- Professional installation by certified technicians (typically 2 to 4 hours)
- All required fittings, bypass valves, and connection hardware
- Water re-test after install to confirm system performance
- Customer training on system operation and what to expect over time
- Lifetime warranty on tank and resin (transferable if you sell)
- One scheduled service visit at year 10 for catalytic carbon refresh (included)
- Bilingual customer support, post-install
Why We Don't Post Prices Online
Two reasons. First, Aquafeel pricing is set by the manufacturer in a way that requires authorized dealer presentation rather than open web posting — this is an industry-standard practice for premium home water systems with installation-and-warranty bundling. Second, the right system for your home really does depend on your actual water profile. A blanket price for "the Aquafeel system" would either overcharge homes that need less or undercharge homes that need more. The free in-home test takes 15 minutes, comes with no pressure, and gives both sides accurate information before any pricing conversation.
Compared to Bottled Water
An Arizona family that drinks two cases of bottled water per week typically spends $40 to $60 per month on bottled water alone, not counting plastic waste, transportation, or the microplastics that recent studies have shown are present in bottled water at far higher concentrations than properly filtered tap water. Whole-home filtration replaces that recurring cost with a one-time investment that covers every faucet, shower, and appliance — usually paid down within a few years and continuing to deliver value for decades after.
