By requesting a water quality test or any other service, you represent that the property to be tested is located within our Arizona service area. We may decline service requests for locations outside our coverage area.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AZ WATER CHECK, A DIVISION OF SOL DEJA VU, AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Before filing any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Communication Opt-In page, constitute the entire agreement between you and AZ Water Check regarding your use of our website and services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
